hello all, i am having trouble connecting my pk which has keysoft 7.5 build 27 on it and active sync 4.5. i have installed the keysync application. i've read through the help manual on this topic. i've told the pk to connect using usb and i have verified on the pk. then i have checked connect using usb in the active sync setup options. however, when i connect the pk, it tells me the device has been connected. but no window pops up so i can follow the prompts to set up a partnership. when i try doing it manually, active sync still does not recognize my device to allow me to continue on with the process of setting up a partnership. i'm using windows xp service pack 3. what is going on? thanks. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
