I have found that 4.5 does not work, 3.8 was the last one that
would work for me. Google "activesync 3.8" and you should find
it, or you can get it from the hw site.

hello all,
i am having trouble connecting my pk which has keysoft 7.5 build
27 on it
and active sync 4.5. i have installed the keysync application.
i've read
through the help manual on this topic. i've told the pk to
connect using usb
and i have verified on the pk. then i have checked connect using
usb in the
active sync setup options. however, when i connect the pk, it
tells me the
device has been connected. but no window pops up so i can follow
the prompts
to set up a partnership. when i try doing it manually, active
sync still
does not recognize my device to allow me to continue on with the
process of
setting up a partnership. i'm using windows xp service pack 3.
what is going
on? thanks.
