Go to options > braille display settings and space down to "display computer braille using 6 or 8 dots?" Select "8 dot" by pressing h, then hit enter and exit the menu. Now, you will see a dot 7 below a capital letter.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Capital Letters in .doc files

Hi all,

Please can someone help me? I have recently started to use a
Bluetooth
keyboard with my BrailleNote. This has enabled me to be able to
quickly
and easily create Microsoft Word files. However, I am
experiencing
difficulties knowing when caps lock is on, as a dot 6 is not
placed in
front of the letter. If I am typing on my own and have the
speech on it
is indicated by a bleep, but if I am in a meeting where it is not
possible to have the speech on then I have no indication of
whether I'm
writing in caps or lower case. Is there something that I can do
to
enable my BN PK to identify capital letters?

Thanks.

Karina
