Hi, Karina,
There are two things you can do.
You can change your preferred reading grade for text documents to grade 2.
The dot 6 should appear when letters are capitalized.
You can also change your braille display so computer braille appears in 8
dots. When you see dot 7, you will know letters are capitalized.

Subject: [Braillenote] Capital Letters in .doc files
Hi all,
Please can someone help me? I have recently started to use a Bluetooth
keyboard with my BrailleNote. This has enabled me to be able to quickly
and easily create Microsoft Word files. However, I am experiencing
difficulties knowing when caps lock is on, as a dot 6 is not placed in
front of the letter. If I am typing on my own and have the speech on it
is indicated by a bleep, but if I am in a meeting where it is not
possible to have the speech on then I have no indication of whether I'm
writing in caps or lower case. Is there something that I can do to
enable my BN PK to identify capital letters?
Thanks.
Karina
