Hi, one thing I could suggest is you check in the planner menu under setup options to see what the volume level is and the ringing time and also the repeat option. It maybe the case that these are set to low like the volume maybe down to low so you can't hear the alarm or the ringing time maybe only a couple of seconds so you miss it. If this isn't the case then I don't know what is going on.

I sometimes get the message that I have missed an alarm if I have been out of the house and left my Braillenote at home so the alarm has gone off and I didn't respond so the next time I turned on my machine it lets me know that I missed an alarm. This actually happens quite a bit because I am lucky to have two Braillenotes and depending on what I am doing is to which machine I take with me. So I have the same appointments and alarms on both machines so it doesn't matter which machine I have with me I still have the same details.

Hope this helps,
From Shaz.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem missing alarms

Hi,

Could anyone tell me what it means when the BN tells you you've
missed
an alarm? I mean - how do you miss one? A couple of times
lately
I've set an alarm and it hasn't gone off and then later I've had
a
message saying I've missed one alarm. The alarm definitely
didn't go
off - what happens when you miss one?

Catherine
