Subject: [Braillenote] I have a strange problem with e-mail and writing
nowwhile I can:

I really could use an answer for this one. Every few hours, few days I
have to keep asking for a refresh signal to the router in order for the
braillenote to work on e-mail. Not sure what the problem is. Today,
had someone trying from Humanware to hook up an hp printer, and at one
point, they told me there's supposed to be two beeps with a 4-5-6 reset,
and it wasn't there, so we did hard reset with the record button. Then,
we went back to print, and it did it. Trouble is: after we had done all
this my e-mail was back to not working again, and had to ask for the
refresh again. Does anyone understand what might be going on? Did
Comcast change any of their system in last few days because I saw
something about that? I've been having tons of trouble because I never
know if e-maiil is going to work. Thanks ahead of time.
This is besides trying to get the printer to go. It's a laser jet hp.
1320. Karen and Harpo
