Karen,
Also, do you have SSL enabled. Comcast does require this. You
won't get your E-mail if you don't have this set right. Also make sure your
port numbers are right. I don't know exactly what the numbers are because I
can't remember which one is which for the numbers.
If you are using wireless, check to see that your router is set properly as
well. If it isn't you will have problems.
