Hi Tom, I am also experiencing your first problem of being asked to download a file when I go to: www.411.com
This just started happening a couple of weeks ago, before then, I was able to get on to the site with no problem. I have tried a 456 reset, but this didn't solve the problem. I look forward to finding a solution. John

Hey all, My BN BT32 is running Keysoft version 7.5 build 29. I'm running into a couple of issues with Keyweb that I don't know what to do about.
First, when I go to
www.latimes.com
to read the Los Angeles Times, I don't see the web page. I'm asked to download a file of some sort, and the BN doesn't say a thing about the file.
Second, when I log on to
http://mail.yahoo.com
and log in, when I try to select the Inbox I get an exception command and a bunch of numbers.
Any suggestions? I posted about the LA times issue a week ago and got no response.
