Hi Zach,
Nice ideas, but, been there, done that. I tried a standard reset, a 4-5-6 reset, a 1-2-3 reset and the service reset. No dice. The problem still persists. Hmmm, I thought I'd said that before.

Try doing a 4-5-6 reset to reinitialize the memory, then try again. If this doesn't work, do a service reset (reset with record button held for 10 sec)

Subject: [Braillenote] Having Trouble with Keyweb.

Hey all,
My BN BT32 is running Keysoft version 7.5 build 29. I'm running
into a couple of issues with Keyweb that I don't know what to do about.

First, when I go to

www.latimes.com

to read the Los Angeles Times, I don't see the web page. I'm
asked to download a file of some sort, and the BN doesn't say a thing about the file.

Second, when I log on to

http://mail.yahoo.com

and log in, when I try to select the Inbox I get an exception
command and a bunch of numbers.

Any suggestions? I posted about the LA times issue a week ago
and got no response.

Thanks in advance.
Tom
