I had a PK for over three years, and , really liked it, liked it
smaller size and the fact that I could have such a small device
with a Braille display with me practically anywhere very easily.
But, in the end, because I also wanted to receive my email
without a problem, and I didn't want to be required to use
compact flash cards all the time, I sold my PK and now either use
my MPower or Voice Sense.
The PK does not have an s d card slot, although it does have a
compact flash card slot. The PK does, though, support WiFi; but,
unless you get a compact flash wireless card at a higher price
from say Sendero or HumanWare, good luck in finding one.
Now, in my case, anyway, when I would get the PK too full of
email or other documents, I would manage to crash the flash disk.
I would get the message that the flash disk wasn't available, and
then would have to go through kind of a complicated process to
get it back. So, when I got a new computer that didn't have the
required serial port for this process, I sold my PK.
And, finally, although I haven't found the joystick to be hard to
use on the few times I have tried, for some reason, I just never
did get into the habit of using it on a regular basis.

Subject: [Braillenote] a few questions
Hi all,
I have a few questions. I'm thinking of getting a pk and was
wondering what people thought of it. What problems did you have
with them? Also, is the joy stick easy to use? Also, does it use
sd cards and wirless?
Thanks.
