Hi,
You can synchronize Keyplan's calendar data with Microsoft Outlook's calendar on your PC at work, and if your calendar is shared with your coworkers, they can see all of your appointments on any given day. Appointments that you designate as private cannot be seen by your coworkers. On the BrailleNote itself you won't notice any difference at all.

Subject: [Braillenote] privacy setting in keyplan

Hi List.

When i have scheduled appointments in keyplan, a prompt appears saying: "Mark as private?" When i press space with h for help it says something like: "To make this appointment visible only to yourself, press y. To allow others to see this appointment, press n." I set this option to yes, but nothing much changed. So, what is this feature actually used for? any comments would be good.

Thanks

technology: it's great when it works, but rubbish when it doesn't!
