Hi all,
I have a very intriguing problem, and unless you are very knowledgeable
about the BN, or a HW staff, you probably won't be able to help me.
So, I took the BN out of its case to clean the braille display. Upon
doing so, I discovered that the back of the BrailleNote had come loose.
Never having had this happen before, I got someone sighted to look at it.
They told me that ALL of the screws were missing from the back. The only
conclusion that I can draw is that the last time I sent my unit in for
repair, the guys in Concord forgot to put the screws back on . After all,
screws like those don't just come off randomly. If there is anyone who has
any idea about the hardware specs on the BrailleNote, or what screws I will
need and where I can get them, any help would be greatly appreciated.
