Hello Nicole, I am not sure of why the BrailleNote has a saving problem, but I tell my students to save the document with control +s and replace the existing file prior to exiting the document. I have not heard of anymore of my students losing files. HTH, Sharon _____

It's not even funny anymore. Luckily, I've learned to copy to the clip board before closing a word file, but, if I hadn't, I would have lost probably about half of my papers over the last month and a half. Why does the bn have such a problem with format markers in word files?
