The support section: security at Comcast said my braillenote was a virus, and over the months sent several messages to that effect. So last week, I called them to inform them that it is not, and now they have me on with incomplete headers, and many messages repeating over and over. Have to push enter to get past error message. So, since I don't really understand much about wireless settings for the braillenote, could somebody volunteer to help me get this thing resolved if braillenote has to have new settings? Please contact off-list if you can help with this issue. I explained many people on here have same equipment, but this phased security little. Need somebody versed in braillenote and what settings will correct my issues, more than me to reason with these idiots. Thanks ahead of time.
