Hi, I have a new memory stick. I'm not sure what brand or model it is because someone purchased it for me.I noticed that the BN recognises it fine, but when I create a document and try to save it the BN freezes and I have to do a reset and the document is not saved. I have KeySoft 7.5, build 29 with the latest USB driver installed.
Is there a way to fix this problem so I can use this memory stick? It is a 16 gigabyte memory stick. I cannot view what the storage capacity is, but I have been told that it is a 16 gigabyte stick. Alana
