I have not heard of a type of Windows called dhcp.
>From the point of view of networking though, DHCP is some 
software which is used to provide you with an IP address.
This happens when you don't have a fixed/static IP address.
Software needs to be running on some network server to serve you 
a DHCP IP address.
I'm sure that could have been explained better, but I think that 
is about it.
