Hello, My braille display is currently not operating. I have an Mpower bt 32, and I have tried a 123, 456, and service reset along with options menu, support information, exercise the braille display. Last time this happened it was on the same unit (I have 2.) And the trouble is that we had to tell the schools to ship their unit back to Concord to get it fixed. Is this what we're going to have to do now? (I've had the same problem before where it goes off for a while then goes back on.) Any, and all help, for that matter, is appreciated.
