Dear Zach and List:

Unfortunately when a Braille display becomes unreliable, its
usually time to get an RMA and send it in for shop service.  But
phone Humanware on Monday morning and see if they have any ideas
as to how to revive the display.

If the unit belongs to your school, I guess you have to go
through your computer tech or resource teacher to get the unit
fixed.
