I went to bookshare last night and tryed to download books and it
sent me to downloads area. I clicked on brf download and it said
something about download name so I did it and the name of the
book did not show up in my folder. I also created a word
document and it said that I had to use computer braille. Have I
changed a setting by accident? Thank you for being patient with
me! I am on my own as to learning these things. Sissy
