Do you have a BT or a QT? You go to Bookshare, you do have to log in before you can download anything. Or, at least anything from the copyrighted stuff. When you downloaded your book, where did you tell it to download the bks file? Did you go back there to see the book? You have to use the book reader to unpack your book.
