This is not possible. The virtual memory is crucial for proper operation of the operating system, which is Windows CE 4.2 in this case. Without this Windows will just rely on the physical memory entirely and you'll run out very quickly and end up crashing the system. These days virtual memory can be safely disabled, but only on computers running desktop operating systems and even then it's strongly discouraged since things like unexpected crashes and sudden reboots of the system may occur.

Hi,
I have noticed that when I reset my BN and check my virtual memory the unit says that it is at 53%. If I log on to a web page using wireless or ethernet the BN says I have 23%.
How do I free all of the virtual memory?
This occurs even after a 4-5-6 reset.
