Hi Alex, Joseph and all, I did what you guys have mentioned, the BN did indeed tell me that the system files have been updated and that I need to reset. But, I think I screwwed something up, because I don't have any keysoft sound now. I tried putting back the original startup sound, but that didn't help either. What can be the problem. I'm running KS 7.5 build 28.
