Hi Nancy,
The other item that I mentioned in my email was "Text document reading
grade." Set it to Prefered reading grade and it should be fixed.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Grade Two

Hi, Joseph and list. When I go to Bookshare or read an e-mail,
it's in grade one braille. When I read a book I've downloaded
from bookshare or go into the manual, it's all in grade two.
With my Bt m-power, when I went to options/braille settings, the
preferred setting was grade 2. My e-mails have been in grade 2
until recently. When I wrote a test document in grade 2, it
translated to grade 2. I'm wondering why I'm reading my e-mails
in grade two, and I'm wondering why, when I'm on Bookshare, it
writes everything out in grade 1. Strange. How do I get the
translator to let me read my e-mails in grade 2? I'm using
braille, not speech. Nancy
