Hi list. Sorry for the off-topic question, but I don't know who
else to ask. I recently installed digital jukebox on my
computer. When I installed the program, I went to help, and
checked for updates. Now I am having a problem with the program,
where when I try to open the helpdesk, nothing happened.
Yesterday, I called Marvelsoft tech support and told them about
this problem. They said that their was a glitch with the "check
for updates feature." Because I ran this feature, I could no long
use the helpdesk. The technician told me that he would email me
the solution, but I never got it. This morning, I called them
again. They tried re-sending me the solution, but I did not get
it. I use the bn to manage my email. I am using gmail. Does
anyone know why I would not be getting this email?
