Linda, welcome. We probably ask questions that have been answered before; even those of us who have been list members for quite a while. When they don't pertain to us, we don't pay attention, then we discover we need to ask that same question. Don't worry about asking questions, that's why this list is here. Enjoy it, and enjoy your Braille Note.

Hello everyone,
I have just gotten a Braille Note and am
looking forward to reading the archives and learning from all of you. The manual is written very well, but I love the personal contact as well. I have been using the computer for quite a long time, but, as many do, had done mostly e-mail, and have not become familiar with doing too much on the internet. But that is changing.

I am the type of person, though, whom
you cannot assume knows what something means when giving support. Right now I am still the step by step person. I am just now starting to learn things like how to create a folder, etc., just to give you an idea of what I mean.

So I feel that most of you will be very
much ahead of me in knowledge. But I will be careful in asking questions, and make sure they have not been answered somewhere else first.

Except for one, which I will ask in
another message, as I feel I must know this right away before doing any harm.

Thank you all for being there for me.
Sincerely,
Linda
