Brandon and all, Some say this is a release geared for students. How can it be geared for students when the Word support is nowhere near what it needs to be? Students cannot keep asking for documents in rich text format or text format because their BN doesn't support Word. They will be told, rightly so, that they need to get a solution that better meets their needs. HW must want to lose customers because it is clear that they have not listened to any of us on the issue of Word support or HTML E-mail for that matter. It's bad enough that any Word documents that I create on our Toshiba laptop MUST be saved in compatibility mode due to the lack of support for Word 2007. This issue needs to be addressed and quickly as Word 2007 is fast becoming the standard for Word documents. When will we get Word support? Maybe it will come after the next release of Office. (dripping with sarcasm!)
