Well, I might just spend my tax refund on another product, I have had a
Braille Note since 2001, January, in fact, and have loved using it for
reading books, taking notes, and even some web surfing, however, I am not
crazy about the e-mail client and the word support is hopelessly in the dark
ages, and of all the things I need the most it is Word support since I work
in the real world and about 95% of the communications I need to save for
future reference are in Word.  I have kept the upgrades up, kept the service
agreement up until I was told my transplant did not qualify, and because it
is a good working display still, have not wanted to send it away forever to
fix it.  I have not seen another product I liked the feel of so much but
after begging for the type of support I have needed since the fall of 2002,
I am seriously figuring HW just doesn't care about those of us who are
working or students and need what I have been asking for.  

Bookshare access is great, but, I did not need all the games, I did not need
an FM radio, I do need Word.

i and many others aggree with that hole-heartitly.
If Humanware cared about their customers, they would surely fix 
this.  If word support doesn't come out in the next upgrade after 
keysoft 8, I think we will surely know that they have no respect 
for their customers.
