No, not to the full extent. I do not recall all of the features, but they 
are very limited.

Are you sure that Megadots does not handle Nemeth translation? It
does have a number of features for dealing with the Nemeth code.
If Megadots does such translation, then the technology for doing
so would seem to be available to Duxbury Systems.
