Hi, folks: We're having a problem with our new M-power, as it pertains to email. Here's the story. Last night, my wife got an email, which she wanted to send to a few folks. So, she did that. When she went to send it, she got a message, saying Error 302. The other emails she was sending also displayed that message. We thought it was something in that message, so we deleted it. All of the messages she sent to her lists were blank, except for the subject line and header stuff. We have done a standard reset, and have deleted Email Folders, and copied the one from Windows, and placed in in the Keymail folder, but to no avail. We still get the error 302 message, and her emails are still blank. She can receive them, but not send. We really don't want to do a service reset, because the manual warns so strongly against it, saying it should only be done under the supervision of service staff. Now, my Leader Dog Maxy-wax is a service animal, but I don't think that counts, right? Seriously, I sure hope we don't have to send the little guy in for repair, since we've only had it since December. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Blessings, Bob
