To those who tried e-mailing Adobe for file conversions -- some of you may have shared my experience. My first file failed. I remembered the warning to leave the subject blank. I cleared the subject field and sent again wi tht e same result. I then cleared the body of the e-mail, including my signature. And this time it worked like a charm! So make sure there's No Text in your message. Hope this helps somebody.
