To perform a service reset, first hold the record button down,
followed by
pressing and releasing both the record and reset buttons. Please,
make sure
that everything's saved, including any documents, and close all
programs.
You can do this by pressing either the menu key or space with all
6 dots
held down. This will close all programs and return you to the
main menu.
Also, ensure the AC adaptor is plugged in and is on. Good luck!

My flash disk isn't really all that full (about 75 MB of it is
free.) I tried the regular reset and the 4-5-6 reset, and neither
worked.
