Officially the BrailleNote/VoiceNote do not support any external CD ROM or CD burners. However some people have found the unit will work with one or more CD drives. However as they are not officially supported devices, their support is not guaranteed in subsequent releases of KeySoft. So try your unit with an external CD drive and if it works, that's great, but if it doesn't, that's life. Brian Brian K.
