How can we wait on the upgrade to express our opinions? We have no input,
only feedback into deaf ears. Humanware has not been able to break any news
in the presentation, only confirm all we read in the release. I think The
presentors ran out as fast they could, and come 8.0, 90 percent of good
suggestions, and at least one feature most have wanted or cryed, or griped
about will not be implemented.
SDK, Software Developer Kit, will never happen, right along with other
features.
Technical support will continue to be horrible, despite a letter from the
association of Commissions for the blind years ago. Not exactly sure what
they are called, but when the commissions for the blind across the United
States send a letter to Humanware about their tech support, and tech support
to this day still asks their customers if they read the manual, something is
inherrantly wrong.

Subject: [Braillenote] Upgrade
List. I have enjoyed reading your posts over the last 24 hours. As happy
as I am to let you express your opinions, I just want to say something.
Shouldn't we get a few opinions on the upgrades before we go griping and
moaning about it? Give hw a chance. As soon as the chat is up somewhere,
I will listen to it, and form my own opinions. By the way, going slightly
off this particular topic, can anyone access the hw website? Cheers,
Blake.
