Maybe, not a bad idea, but CAUTION, be sure the BN actually takes
12 volts, elsewise you're going to fry something .bigtime!!

Hello Alex and listers,
No to a crank charger but I have often thought about connecting
the BN to the 12v outlet in our car.

Subject: [Braillenote] crank chargers?
Hi all,
Has anyone ever heard of a way to charge a device, of course I
mean the bn, with a crank charger? So you plug the cable into the
bn, and the other end of the cable ends in a box. The box has a
crank; you crank it, and electricity charges the bn's battery.
These exist for usb device, but since the bn is a mobile device,
it would be great to have a mobile power suply that needs nothing
more than the turn of a crank. Does anyone even know the voltage
and amperage of the bn's charger? Thanks.
Have a great day,
Alex
