Dear Brian and all. It won't work with MPower as when you plug the jack in your USB port, magic jack installs a program on to your computer. It won't work without it. Since braille note family products don't let you install any 3rd party softwares, magic jack won't work with any of them.

Far as I know, Magic Jack is a VOIP telephone service using the
Internet to carry voice telephone calls or may include high-speed
Internet service too.

The VOIP service just uses your regular telephone and a VOIP
modem plugged into a telephone jack hence the name Magic Jack.
If it also includes high-speed Internet you can probably use it
with an Mpower or PK with the Ethernet card.
