I'm not going to say too much on the topic, but I do feel that, compared to other notetakers and laptops, we have our hands tied when it comes to battery replacements and other parts that you can just easily replace in a laptop. Sometimes it's doable, but there's always that threat of not getting help if something goes wrong.
