Karyn, just erase the Keybase folder, and do a reset. You can just press F, F E from the Main Menu. There are a lot of files that are protected, so you can either answer Y to erase anyway, or just go to file manager and unprotect all of the files first. Then, after your folder is erased, do a reset right there, and it will be the factory default.
