Yes, but keybase is a feature for ks7.0 and later; you could use the method
of erasing the cdb file to delete all your emails or addresses, though;
emails: erase flash disk/keymail/email folders.cdb. Addresses: erase flash
disk/keylist/address list.cdb. Erasing the files will delete everything in
the database and you cannot recover any of it except by using a cdb file
from a backup.
