Hi Lauren,

For some weird reason, my school's email doesn't work on Keymail
either. What you could do for the Gmail is just use the mobile version
which you can access on the BrailleNote by going to www.gmail.com and
logging in that way. It's a really nice, easy to use interface that's
completely accessible with the BrailleNote. If need be you can even
swittch between the mobile interface and the Basic HTML interface,
both of them work just fine on the BN. For your school's email, you
could try www.mail2web.com that's the one I use to access my
university email address. Be sure to use the PDA version though on
your Braillenote.
