Hello all, I called customer service regarding renewing my service contract
for braillenote MPower. I was told that I will not be able to renew the
service contract after it expires this year. The person told me that it
could not be renewed after 4 years. Is this information accurate? I
originally had braillenote classic in about 5 years ago and transplanted to
MPower in over 2 years ago. If the service contract cannot be renewed, will
I have to pay a big price for repair?
