Hi Aleeha,

First of all try at least the normal reset.
If that works don't worry yet about the rest of this message.

How many email messages in your system?
Find the "All" folder and use space with "i".
How much disk space is free?
Use File Directory and at any list of files use space with "i".
How big is your database?
Use File Directory to get into Keymail directory, space with "x" twice to get "list of all including hidden" find the file "Email folders.cdb" and space with "i".
(Also check the file below it "Email folders").
This email database is probably broken and needs "refreshing".
I suggest going through all your messages saving those you are likely to need. Another thing to do is take a copy of the "Email folders" database on to another drive. If KeyMail can no longer use that database, after copying it, delete the database in that Keymail directory and copy the file "Email folders" from KeySoft system disk/windows into Flash disk/Keymail, then go into KeyMail and try to read a mail it will ask to recreate the database, answer yes. You can still access the copied database on the other drive by using KeyList.

Regards,
Steve.

Subject: [Braillenote] email problem

Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before. I am using hotmail with ks8.
When receiving email, i get the message that the disk is full. Then, when I try to move a single email to the trash folder, it says that there is not enough space on the disk. When I mark all email and try to move them to a folder, it says the network request is not supported. Also, when I try to free database space, I get the message that there is 0 bytes freed. Can anyone help?
Aleeha Dudley
