Hi.

Humanware doesn't recommend any other kind of card other than the ones
already mentioned on this list. I don't think many people have used the
kind of notebook adapter you have been speaking of since they are not
recommended by Humanware and probably wouldn't work. If you bought one and
tried it you would know for sure, but I don't know if buying different
PCmCIA wireless cards is worth it. The adapter the others have spoken of is
the PCMCIA to Compact flash card adapter that can be purchased from a
computer or electronics store.

When you are talking about adapters do you mean the pcmcia adapters that you
would use to stick a compactflash card in it to put into the pcmcia card
slot? What I mean by adapters is a little different. I mean the wireless
notebook adapter that you have to put into the pcmcia slot. The shape of it
is the same as if you were putting an Ambicom with a pcmcia adapter into the
side drive. The feel of it is pretty much the same, the difference is that
you wouldn't need a pcmcia to stick a notebook adapter into it because the
whole notebook adapter is the adapter. I know that wireless B notebook
adapters work in the pcmcia slot I just want to know if wireless G notebook
adapters would work too.
