I doubt it. It's probably either to protect system files or it's
something to do with 32 cell braille displays. But I may be
wrong.

Hello; Listers, I have a question. I was just browsing the
Windows folder in the Keysoft system disk and I came across a
file called crypt32.dll or something like this. I don't remember
the exact extention. Does this mean that we can password protect
