Worth a shot, though you do not know exactly what to call in the dll, unless
it is a documented CE file. Still, worth a shot. If you mess it up, just
reset. As an extremely unlikely-that-you-need-it precaution, back up your
flash disk and remove all storage cards and USB devices.

the dll to do anything through calls to its functions no matter what
