Hi folks, particularly new users, I would like to take this time to thank all of you who have visited BrailleNote PBWorks site. It was a pleasure being a webmaster of this wonderful support site for BrailleNote family of products. As I work on a new, revolutionary version of the site, I would like to ask some favor and feedback about the BrailleNote PBWorks site.
Background: The BrailleNote PBWorks site (braillenote.pbworks.com), started in January 2008, is a site dedicated to presenting information about BrailleNote family of products from HumanWare. This site houses useful audio podcasts, including popular BrailleNote Chat series, as well as news items and support articles on fixing issues and presenting tips for using BrailleNote effectively. Objectives: The objectives of this study is to: A. Receive feedback about the current website (mostly user stories and feedback on the website design and/or content). B. To receive suggestions for a possible new version of the website (which is scheduled to be launched early next year). C. To gather comments about the site, namely design comments, content comments such as information presented in the articles and so forth. So, if you have visited this site, please write to me about: . What do you think about the website in general (navigation, articles, audio, etc.). . Your comments about current articles (any additional information that you want me to put in, misinformation, spelling or grammar, etc.). . Suggestions about the future website version (some articles of interest that you want me to put on the site, useful information that can be used to write an article on, updated information for current articles and so forth). . What does the website mean to you (especially when it comes to usability of your BrailleNote)? . What content do you want to see in the future? For those who haven't visited the website: . What does this website mean to you (any thoughts about what the website would be like, any speculations about content, etc.). . What do you want to learn about BrailleNote and possibly from the website? I haven't started working on the new version yet (mostly because of my college commitments). However, when designing this new version, I plan to use your feedback and integrate your suggestions. So, if you have anything to say, please contact me (offlist would be preferable). Again, my sincere thanks for visiting the BrailleNote PBWorks site and giving me feedback and suggestions and for continuous encouragement. Cheers, Joseph ------------------- Joseph S.
