Hey, Linda, and all, I had the batteries in my voicenote m-power replaced this past March by Batteries Plus a chain of stores. maybe you can find one in your area. If you want, write me off list and I will give you the contact info in my area for the Batteries Plus in Dublin, California that is, or you can just call information and get it for them. Nevertheless, in my case, the replacement worked fine. Only thing is, you have to be sure and Turn Off BlueTooth, Before you do the recalibration.
