Yeah, Its not fair! Last time I had to send my BrailleNote in for
servicing and it took about 2 to 3 months! Luckly I had my laptop
but frankly its not the same! Maybe I will take my BrailleNote to
a battery place like that! Is their one in California?

Subject: [Braillenote] Why Did Humanware Want Us to Send Machine
Back toReplace Battery?
When I think about it, it really doesn't sound at all fair that
we should be deprived of something that we depend on so much for
six to eight weeks for Humanware to replace the battery. It's
not as though most of us can have two BrailleNotes, although I
know some people do. I take mine with me everywhere practically.
