Did everyone know that hw is doing a tradein deal? I called in for tech support on my MPower today, trouble with data missalinement errors and such. While rebooting, I got a "braille display is not working" error and the very sweet techgirlie with a cute accent told me about the trade-in option. Before asking, I had to heckle her a bit. "Are you trying to sell me the new product when I'm calling for help?" :-)
Anyway, the trade-in value for my MPower bt32 transplant is $2200. Not too bad I guess. I still can't afford it in this economy, but . . . :-) Rusty On 11/11/09, Aimless Ramblings <[email protected]> wrote: > I contacted HumanWare, and was told that the price for the Apex remains the > same as the previous cost of the 32-cell mPower, $6,195.00.
