Where does it describe about the trade in. Can you please post it. How long will it be available. Is it still valid if I have an Mpower with an old display?

The Apex does not have an 18-cell model, so you would be applying that credit towards the price of a 32-cell. As I understand it, all mPowers qualify for the trade in, although I suppose they might give you some flack if the Braille display is completely fried.
