Dear Terry,

I don't know that trade in information is posted anywhere. I just asked customer service.

Where does it describe about the trade in. Can you please post it. How long will it be available. Is it still valid if I have an Mpower with an old display?

Dear Peggy,

Trade in value for 18-cell units is $1,400.00. The Apex does not have an 18-cell model, so you would be applying that credit towards the price of a 32-cell. As I understand it, all mPowers qualify for the trade in, although I suppose they might give you some flack if the Braille display is completely fried.

Sincerely,

AR

I notice it didn't say anything about an 18-cell version. Hmmmm. And
nothing was said about a trade-in of older BrailleNotes for the newer one.
I'll be interested to see how many orders they get.
